I use them as I would regular socks to keep my feet dry and comfortable in hot weather.

I use my sock liners daily in my work where I walk a lot. I also use them daily while on my exercise treadmill. They keep my keep comfortable and blister free. Use thus far has been during warm/hot humid weather and they have made a significant difference in foot comfort.

My daughter just returned from a week of backpacking in ND, and she had no blisters. I also purchased some of these socks for my niece who went on the same trip, and she also had no blisters. Other members of the hiking party DID get blisters, so I think the combo of good hiking socks and these liners did the trick.

I love the antimicrobial feature of these liner socks, and they really make my boots much more comfortable. I use them especially when breaking in new footgear, they prevent the blisters I would otherwise have to endure during that process. I even use these under thin dress socks when wearing less comfortable dress shoes for business, they make the day far more painfree for my feet. I gave a pair to a friend who was visiting and ran out of clean socks, and she loved them, so I am ordering more to give her as a gift, and so that I have a supply on hand. They are very useful, more than I had imagined.

I bought them for my husband to wear under his hiking socks. I bought the large as he wears an 11 shoe. They were much too small and he has passed them on to me. We have ordered the XL as we liked the sock other than the fit.

After one normal day of use both socks had holes in them.

Great liners, but I wish I would have purchased more. They were ideal on a 17 mile hike with 40 pound backpacks.
