B ought these for hot weather wear. They are as advertised. Had a slight snag in one pair when recv'd. After washing it ended up being a hole. The cost was so cheap I didn't bother complaining. Second pair seems okay.

I bought these because my Thor-Los are finally starting to wear out after about a decade. So far they're very comfy and seem to be able to take the punishment my gunboats deliver.

Great socks. Very thick and warm. Nice winter socks. I wear them with booths an around the house with sweats. You can't beat the price, especially buying from STP. The best!

Nice cushioning. As warm as any merino wool socksI've tried.

The Fox River Hiking - Socks Merino Wool that I purchased are a great buy. And, as an added bonus, are made in the USA.... right here in Iowa! I anticipate many years of service from the 10 pairs that I purchased. Another great deal from SIERRA TRADING POST, with fast delivery. Thank you to the folks at Sierra Trading Post!

I use these as liner socks under my wool hiking socks to prevent blisters. They work great for that purpose. Liner socks keep your feet dry and also reduce friction against your skin. I would prefer that the fabric was a little more stretchy (like more expensive liner socks), but can't argue too much at this bargain price. I have mens size 8.5 feet and the size medium liners just barely fit me. Larger feet will be out of luck since they don't come in larger sizes.

Slightly less expensive than the Smartwool Adventurer socks I purchased a few weeks ago. I got the Dark Olive colored sock and they were true to color. The fit and feel were excellent. The compression zones felt good and did not over constrict the arch of my foot. The cushioned sole is great. Wore these all day yesterday with my hiking boots cleaning out the garage and my feet were nice and dry with all the heavy work I did. Good deal!
