    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    These pajamas have a darling design and the fabric is soft and well made, however they run very large. I bought a pair for each of my daughters. I got an xs for the one who wears small and it was closer to a medium. I got a medium for the one who wears large and it is closer to an extra large. Since these are just for sleeping they made do with those sizes but I feel there was definitely a manufacturing error when it came to sizing.

    I'm about to give these as a gift. I got the size XS even after reading all the reviews that they're ridiculously oversized. They really really are. Like adult male sized, even in the XS, which is maybe an adult male M. The person I'm giving them to is a medium, 5'7, and 115 lbs. We'll see if she wants to keep these or not. They're Frankie and Johnny, so the quality is exceptional, the design, adorable. BUT, really, really, really, there must have been a mutiny in the sewing room that day or a problem in translation to get these sized as ridiculously as they are.

    They said this was a womens set and I ordered in a smaller size based on what another women said about it being large. When I received I understood why. These are actually mens PJ's with n opening in the pants. I kept it anyway because I like the pattern and they are warm. If oredering go down a size women.

    I love these jammies. For once the crotch is comfortable and not a low rise as I have found in so many pajama bottoms, regardless of price. Although the legs are longer than I would like, at least I can shorten them or roll them up. I highly recommend these pajamas.
