I am 5'4" ; weight 125, curvy on top and the S/M was perfect. I could be 10 lbs. larger and still feel comfy. After I washed them, the collar did not stay put and it was wrinkly; but hey it's a sleep shirt! The Pink was VERY bright, but cheery.
