“I used this in the rain, the fabric allows water to seep through. This is not water proof at all, or water resistant for that matter.
My clothes were soaked within 20 minutes of a moderate rain storm.
I would use this only if I have a sweater underneath and am not expecting to get caught in the rain. This helps block the wind but nothing more.”
