This shoe is super cute, and fairly comfortable. The edge of the toe straps will probably rub against your skin a bit until thy break in, but that can be said about any sandal. They were too high for me, hence the three stars, though this is entirely a personal prefernece and not a flaw with the shoe. The picture shows a gradual slope to the shoe, but there is a more of an angle, so your toes are bent in relation to your foot. The bottom of th shoe has a bit of a curve in the toe area. I am not used to that design and found it disconcerting to roll forward towards the toes when walking. This is likely something you can get used to, does not impact your stability, and in truth it makes it easier to walk in the shoes despite their highness. If you are a high shoe girl, this one is a probably a keeper.
