I'm a big fan of Frye boots and purses and eventhough I realized from the descripion at the site that these are 5 inch wedges, I couldn't resist ordering them. I am sixty five and I Love beautiful shoes and I Love highheels, but as I get older it seems like a 3 inch wedge is the limit so far as comfort goes; just too much stress on the arthritic toes. It broke my heart to have to return these beautiful wedges. Hey, if you're a young woman and you love beautiful shoes, these have comfort and amazing style for a highheel! I'm a size 6 1/2 - 7 and a size 7 in Frye boots and I ordered the size 7 in these wedges and the fit was perfect.
