Frye Nolan Low Lace Shoes - Leather (For Men)

Closeouts. The hand-antiqued leather upper of Frye's Nolan low lace shoes is accented by rawhide cording and a raised moc toe -- both features similar to ones you'd find on a classic boat shoe, but made distinctly rugged in the hands of the designers at Frye.

Frye has been making boots in the US since 1863. These mocassins are made in Mexico and exhibit the same craftsmanship. Good fit, comfortable, high quality

A well-crafted shoe with great materials, however, its design and the last it must be ubilt upon are not of your typical American consumer. While I sometimes take a wide size, I am always compfrtable with a 13 legnth. These shoes markedly pinched my feet both in legnth and width. If you have a narrow foot, I think these would be great shoes, but I would bump up a half-size. If you are in between sizes, bump it up a whole size (if a 12, go to 12.5, if 12 1/4, go to 13) Well stitched though and appear quite sturdy.

very good looking shoe that appears to be very well made, sizing is not correct. I would order at least 1/2 size larger and a minimum of an E width

Overall a very solid, traditional boat lookingshoe- only complaint is that the interior seems very tight initially, which will likely loosen up with wear- the sole is very strong , which is great

Even with an extra long shoe it was too narrow. If you've got average or wide feet you'll want to look elsewhere.

Generous use of materials make for a great pair of shoes, but the extra materials make my size 13 look like a 14 or 15. Beautiful craftsmanship.
