I am on the search for a water bottle carrier for my long runs. This one seemed to have potential, but it didn't work when I wore it for a trial run. First, I *think* the bottle is meant to be on your side, but there are no instructions or diagrams to help with knowing how to wear this. Second, you don't need to use the bungee for keeping the waterbottle in place when you run, and it's too hard to take on and off when running, but if it's not attached to the water bottle, it sways and hits the inside of your arm as you run. Finally, it doesn't stay in place. I'm starting to think that NONE of the waist belts are made for women. I want to wear it lower than my waist, but then it bounces a ton and eventually moves up to my waist as I run. Sigh.
