Reviewed by Lady from outer burbs of Chicago on Thursday, September 06, 2012I normally wear a misses size 6, and judging by the previous reviews, ordered a 10, in petite, since the misses was not available in khaki 10. I hit paydirt! It fits beautifully. The syling is classic and flawless. The construction is top-notch. And best of all, the length, even as-is would be acceptable, a bit below mid-calf, but there's a generous two-inch hem properly done with bias tape, so that a tailor wouldn't have any problem getting another inch out of the length, maybe more if he or she is really skilled. The fabric is excellent quality, with refined drape and finish. Very highly recommended.

I hesitated to return it and now it is hanging in my closet looking beautiful. I want to buy a larger size but am hesitating because I don't want the hassle of having to return it. Winters are so cold here and I thought this would be a great addition to my wardrobe. This is a lovely item and it is very difficult to find this type of quality in commercial stores.

Unfortunately, a larger size was not available. I have noticed tremendous sizing problems with this designer--the blouses and blazers are too big, the skirts are too small. I wanted a suit but could not get the various components to fit even after several shopping attempts.
- Best Uses: Evening out, Office

The fabric and cut are lovely, and the skirt could be paired nicely with any number of sweaters or jackets. A great staple piece. The waist is high and narrow, however. Even after ordering two sizes up from my normal size, I was unable to button the skirt comfortably, and I had to return this product, much to my regret.
