Polycarbonate lenses are never as clear as glass but a lot safer and lighter. Frameless bottoms make for great perifferal vision. Unlike my Maui Jim Sports, these don't pinch temples under a helmet. Note: spring hinges have just two positions, open or shut. Fits my fat head well but may not work for everyone.
