“Great price, but falls short on comfort”

“I thought the boots were an overall good quality product and well priced. However, I needed to return them. The inside of the shank is leather and a heavy leather seemed to be used for the tongue. This made them uncomfortable, stiff and noisy. I wore them around my house for 2 hours with sore ankles as the result. Fortunately, I had purchased a different pair of boots from a local retailer that had a breatheable material in the shank and not so thick of a tongue. The were comfortable as soon as I put them on. But I did have to pay over twice the price! Ouch!”
