    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I am a gardener and green house operator. I wear my boots daily and often in very wet conditions. The first day out the boots leaked after a morning of only dewy grass. Not a good sign.They took about a week to break in, but I still can not wear them all day six days per week. I will keep them as an extra pair, definatley not my go to boot.

    I use these boots to hike in...mild to moderate trails and small mountains. I have also worn these boots all day while walking around the city. They are perfect in every way! The comfort and support cannot be matched.

    I wear size 9 in all shoes and boots so that's what I ordered in these. They fit perfectly on my very medium-width feet. Some other hiking boots have been too tight on the front third of my feet but these are perfect. I can actually move my toes. They are comfortable, supportive, durable...everything I was looking for.
