    Pros:
Great on rocky terrain, Great price, Great Traction, Stiff soles
    Best Uses:
All Weather Conditions, Mixed Terrain, Rocky/Unstable Terrain
    Describe Yourself:
    Recreational Walker/Hiker, Trail Jogger
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I bought these shoes to do light hiking/walking with my baby (strapped to the front of me) on the trails that we used to mountain bike on. I also wanted to use these shoes for trail running. So far this shoe has been great ON the trails. I love how stiff the sole is for running and hiking. They handle rocks very well. The only complaint I have is that they make my foot numb when I'm driving or just hanging out and I can't figure out why this happens... they feel great when I'm moving. I have a wide foot and a high arch - I don't feel any odd pressure points in them, so I don't understand the numbness. I've just learned to suck it up on the drive to the trails and/or wear another pair of shoes. I wouldn't wear the shoes for everyday use because of the numbness. Overall, it's a great shoe for trail running and light hiking (1-2 hours) and you can't beat the price. Oh yeah - they look pretty cool, too :)

I don't LOVE them; but I don't hate them either. They definitely have a very different appearance (which appealed to me and prompted me to buy them). If you need outdoor trail shoes, they are more than adequate. The sole feels a little rigid to me, and they feel a little hard in the footbed. I bought them at a great price and am happy with them for what I paid. I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

I SOOOO badly wanted this shoe to fit... but I have learned my lesson with trying to make shoes that are too short fit. I should have known (I KNEW, I was just an optimist... hoping a 7.5 would fit) that I would need an 8 even though it wasn't available. This shoe has amazing arch support. I so wanted it to fit. Alas... it didn't.

I love these shoes!! I just bought my second pair. I use them for all types of hiking, as well as everyday uses (my job requires alot of walking). They are so comfortable and the off- center laces prevent numbness and pressure point discomfort. The shoes are not water resistance; however, the wrap- around sole keeps your foot dry in wet, muddy conditions.

These are really nice shoes. I found that they ran about a 1/2 size small. Great quality though.
