    Purchased for summer work use and cycle commuting. Very comfortable, no break in required, light weight and well ventilated. Thin, smooth soles are very flexible but not for use on rocky ground. Not water resistant so use in fair weather.

    Finally- a boot that gives support to bad ankles, coolness for hot weather, looks right worn with shorts, doesn't track debris indoors and doesn't cost too much to use for dirty work. I have 2 homes, in very different climates. These little boots will make every trip, and be used nearly every day, at both. I'd pay twice as much, to get this functionality.
