Reviewed by Mom from ca on Wednesday, May 22, 2013Bought these for adult son. He said size seemed about right except one was a little bigger, and that the heels slip badly. Size 11, just did not fit right. They do look sturdy and well made.

Reviewed by SierraPast from BendOr on Wednesday, May 22, 2013I found this boot to run large in length, and especially in volume. I'm normally a men's 11, but had to go with 10.5 in these. I also added an additional thick insole, on top of the original insoles, to each boot and they still have plenty of room. I wouldn't want to hike too many miles due to the loose fit, but they'll work ok for my use, motorcycle riding. They do have a nice impact-cushioning feel, which is a nice feature.

Reviewed by Jenn from North Carolina on Thursday, May 02, 2013Fits to size and an overall sturdy boot. I haven't worn it in the field yet, so can't say to it's comfort over a long period of time. I work with wildland fire, and this boot is tall enough to pass the required standards.
