Reviewed by Carolina Keith from Durham, NC on Monday, March 31, 2014I'll start off by saying that when I ordered these I thought there would be a little more cushioning than what they have. What you get for cushioning is somewhere between a slipper and a Converse-style sneaker. I've worn these a few times to work, and have grown accustomed to it - I just wouldn't recommend them for hiking or anything like that.
That being said, these are pretty comfy right out of the box - much like a pair of slippers. The toes are a little more pointed than what they appear to be in the image, but not too much so. I've also had a few compliments on them already, which I was a little unexpected. Also, I took the advice of another reviewer about the sizing, and ended up with the correct size.
The bottom line is I feel like these are a good deal. I can see myself wearing these a lot this summer - they are part dressy, part casual, and because of that can be worn for many different occasions.

Reviewed by Michael from Woodland, WA on Thursday, November 28, 2013These are actually quite nice and very comfortable. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that: 1) The soles are far more flexible than I expected (so you can feel small rocks as you walk) and 2) the right one chafes against my ankle bone when I walk--it's not awful and I will get used to it with time, I imagine. Other than that the shoes are great!
