    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The watch struck me as looking like a Japanese made watch I had purchased. Maybe I was looking for something more akin to Breitling or Ebel, which are other Swiss watch makers. I also ordered a Haurex, and was much more pleased with the looks although I guess this watch will last longer, I don't know. Also you need to keep wearing, or it will run out of juice and not be wound up.
