Gildan Heavyweight Cotton T-Shirt - Short Sleeve (For Youth)

I bought these shirts to have a spare on hand when my grandsons visit. The price was good and they look like comfortable but sturdy shirts.

I bought this as an undershirt for my son, but it looks so good, he wears it as a top!

This is a nice tshirt. It is thick, but not too thick. If you have kids, it seems like it will take a beating and stand up after multiple washes. I have owned Gildan shirts for over 10 years. They last. I usually abuse them at work and catch them on things or get small holes in them from solder, so they usually get given away before they wear out. For those that I do not ruin, they last and last and last. I expect this shirt will do the same. Great wash and wear.

Nice quality at a bonus price. My son goes through more T-shirts than anyone I know. Initially I bought one in every color in his size, only because of the price, half thinking that it was somewhat of a disposable item. The bonus came when he arrived home from school, with what appeared to be far less food from lunch down the front of his shirt. After washing (without any special pre-treater), the shirt was without stains. WOW. I have since tried to buy more, however I think that others have discovered this deal, and sadly, there are no more left in his size.

Bought a number of these for my grandson to give him some variety. Purchased the size he typically wears - these were 2-3 inches shorter and somewhat narrower than this size in other brands. As a result I see them as an undershirt alternative once all the annoying neck tags are removed. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for rather than getting a great value.

Bought two colors of this tee for the kids back to school. It was NOT thin or cheap, washed well, heavy duty tee. Great for monogramming!

Havent washed the T-Shirts yet -- that is the final test to verify if there is a lot of shrinkage and fading, but overall the T-Shirt looks great and depending on color, will suit a boy or girl.
