I bought the product to keep my feet warm and my shoes dry. It succeeds. BUT these things (XL) are almost impossible to stretch over my cycling shoes (Sidis and Lakes size 47.) The task would be simplified if the design provided for an openable back part over the achilles, that could then be stretched closed and fastened with a zipper or velcro.

I bought these to keep my feet warm in my cycle shoes on days when two pair of socks won't cut it. Problem is that these were impossible to get on/off over my shoes without squirming all over the parking lot. Not worth the effort. They would be perfect if they had a zipper or velcro system to open the back or bottom. But these do not.

Very hard to put on. The design would be improved with velcro on the back. Once on they perform well.

Agree with others that these are a bit tough to get on, but they get looser and easier to put on with time. They do however work great when finally on. I use these over my extremely well vented Mavic (cold) road shoes in 30-50F temps and they really work swell. Much warmer than I expected (and much better then my Izumis and Castellis) and work pretty well to keep the feet dry in inclement weather as well. Overall, not a bad product at all however irritating they are to get on (and off as well). For the STP price, no complaints.

They might be a little hard to get on but nothing a little muscle can't handle. I've been using for a couple of years now and have had no problems at all with them. I can usually get 1.5 to 2 hrs of riding in at 25 to 40 degree temps with some warmer socks on with these. Excellent value for the $.
