Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Disappointed from California on Sunday, July 19, 2015I'm writing this review after a year of owning these shoes. They provide great support and comfort whether I sprint or climb hard. The extra arch support inserts were very welcome because I have low arches and without substantial support, ouch! The sizing for this shoe is running small. I wear an 8M in most shoes and a 39 in European. I had to return these for a 41 when the first pair I ordered in 40 was too small to accommodate my feet. I can choose thin socks or thicker ones without a problem. Giro Espada are now my very best favorite cycling shoe! One star down for having to return the first pair, otherwise this is a 5 star product.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by MWSLLC from Albuquerque, NM on Thursday, May 28, 2015These are terrific cycling shoes especially for the price and as usual, Sierra's customer service is spectacular. I purchased these in the black in my normal CYCLING SHOE size of 41. Normally in a regular shoe I wear a 39 and a US size 8.5, and have wide feet. I generally buy Diadora cycling shoes because I have a high arch, and have also purchased the Sidi brand - I wear a 41 in those as well. They fit quite nicely with cycling socks and also socks that are slightly heavier as well. There was one small issue when I received them; they are supposed to come with three arch inserts and the pair I received did not have them. They were not available when I called and of course Sierra offered to take them back but I liked them so much that I kept them and have made due with an alternative solution. I would highly recommend these shoes!

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Zipster from Knoxville, TN on Thursday, March 12, 2015Light, great fit if you know to size up as Sierra recommended! Love them
Verified Buyer Reviewed by MN livin from Minneapolis on Tuesday, December 30, 2014Haven't tried but the 39 fits well. I don't think I could go smaller without smooshed toes. I wear women's 7.5 (8 for running shoes) and take a 37 (shoe, boots) and 38 (boots) in Romika brand.
Came with an array of thin foam wedges for arch height. Maybe will update after use.
Answer They were missing in the pair I ordered as well. I called customer service and because they didn't have another pair in the size that I had ordered, there wasn't anything they could do to replace them. They offered to take them back but since I really liked the shoes, I bought an arch support at the store and kept them. It was well worth the discounted price for the shoes. Hope that helps!
Answer Mine came with multiple thin pieces of foam so I suspect yours are missing.
