“I purchased this helmet because Sierra had it on sale for cheaper than you can buy the Giro 9 most other places. I was a little concerned about not being able to hear other skiers around me, and also the ability to make calls. So far both have not been an issue. While some reviews suggest the sound quality on the calls is bad, I have been fairly pleased. You need to shelter the mic from the wind, but other than that its been great. The sound quality from the headphones is amazing! Even better is the On-Helmet controls for volume, play/pause, and seek. Make sure you check to see if your phone or MP3 player is compatible before purchase!”
