Light, comfortable, with a head-lock adjustment in the rear. comfortable ear covers and chin strap- and the best part, an open and close vent system that you can do with your gloves on. The venting system works very well. Close it to keep warm, open to cool off- and a middle setting- that's just that. Great helmet!

Answer My head measures 22 " when measured around the forehead and to the rearward most part of my skull and the Medium size helmet fits very well. There is a size chart for the helmet that I used to determine the size. Since the size you need is based only on head diameter, this helmet will fit either men or woman and I have verified this.
