Giro Pneumo Bike Helmet with Removable Visor

The helmut fits well, all the vents makes it cool on hot days. I wore out my previous one and just needed a new one.

I have owned many helmets and am now on my third Pneumo. Hard to find a better value for the money and Sierra has great deals on this product.

I'm a competitive triathlete. My old road helmet was.....OLD. I always like the Pneumo, but never owned one. This one has great ventilation. It has the older style two-handed adjustment in the rear, but it fits well and the price was great. I like the removable and adjustable visor. I don't like the visor for road riding, but love it for mountain biking. The Pneumo 'breathes' better than my MTB helmet.

Always looking for a good value in a bike helmet. In theory, helmets 'degrade' with prolonged exposure to heat and sun...we have plenty in Texas! This helmet is very light and has excellent ventilation. The 'large' fits my 'rather' large head just fine with the built-in adjustment feature. Has a little less padding than my last couple of helmets, but high-end cycling gear is usually minimalist by design. I do miss the chin-strap pad, as it served to soak up sweat before it dribbles down your neck. Easy enough to add one from another helmet, I reckon. They thoughtfully included a couple of replacement pads for inside the shell.I know 'roadies' aren't supposed to use the visor, but I'll take the extra protection from the overhead sun. Visor appears to be easily removed if you are looking to go bare bones.Even though I think my head is priceless, I have a little trouble paying in excess of [$]for a helmet that will be replaced every couple of years. This 'close-out, old stock, out of date, not the newest thing' Giro Pneumo will do just fine. The STP price made for an excellent deal!

Currently using a Giro mountain bike style helmet, as I like the visor to keep the sun out of my eyes. - is getting old, so knew I needed to replace it. Got a great price on this one. Always happy with STP!!

Work as it,s should be to protect head, crash on MTB down from hill head first, knock off for several seconds with bruises and scratches all over the body. Protect the head is priceless.

Love this helmet for hot summer days. It's great.
