This is the best helmet I found for fit and has the best vision of the full-face helmets I tried. I'm not sure with carbon fiber would have been worth the price compared to the standard if I had to pay full price since the weight savings is minimal, but at the discount, it's nice to save a little weight.

I got this helmet for downhill and dirt jumping. The weight of the helmet is great, as I barely notice it.

This helmet was deeply discounted. Good thing because, for [$], I really don't mind that the carbon fibre finish on the front is a little spotty.

I went off the measurements provided by Giros websight and since I was right in the mid range of the medium size I ordered a medium...should have taken cant be too safes advice..I am returning the medium and love my large one I ordered after trying on the medium and feet like my head was in a vice! Very comfortable and a lot more affordable than a trip to the ER !

I use this helmet for back country snowmachining and skiing so that I can go out there and bring one helmet for both sports. It is very lightweight and fits well. I thought the cheek padding was way too tight, so I took it out (it's removable). I also wore it for a ski/snowmachine competition and felt like it would protect me if something happened. On the downside, the surface graphics are easily chipped (a few dings with the ski edges did it). Also, the visor is really flimsy and catches the wind if you are going fast.

Great looking and light for the amount of protection it provides.Sizing is off, so also order a second helmet a size smaller and return one.Full face helmets fog up so you have to wear a stick-m-up scarf to direct your breath down away from your goggles
