This is a great functional helmet at a great price. Similar helmets are $100 or more in the ski shops and the larger sizes difficult if not impossible to find.

Attaching the removable earpads is awkward. The attachemt has been improved in the latest generation of Giro Fuse helmet. The helmet fits great but it is an older generation that may not be compatible with newer accessories, namely bluetooth equipped earpads.

I measured our head sizes, ordered the correct ones according to the measurements, but it is almost impossible to fit it on! Because of the style with hard shell around the ears, and it kind of narrows in around the ears, it makes it so difficult to put it on without having your ears flipped downwards awkwardly.

Love this helmet. My head is on the borderline for size, and I ordered the smaller size. Helmet for now is a bit tight with balaclava under, but should fit very well when fully broken in.
