Answer With your arm relaxed at side and elbow slightly bent, measure from center back of neck, over point of shoulder, and down outside of arm past elbow to wrist.||Quick Tip: It's much easier to have someone help you take shirt measurements as the sleeves can be a little tricky to measure on your own.
