Every shirt maker has their own quirks, Gitman DOES make Fabulous shirts. They are just alright average run of the mill however. Not really a super deal because of the VERY THIN FABRICK, and, CHEAP BUTTONS.
Best Uses: Around House For Cleaning, Casual, Weekend wear
Cons: Skimpy Buttons, Smaller Bd Collar, Thin material
Pros: Generous fit, Rich Colors, Tailored Not Too Thin Cut

I'm tending to only buy MADE IN USA products as of the last two years. So that means Gitman Brothers shirts from STP. Gitman has earned their "Master Shirt Makers" slogan by actually making masterful shirts. This one is a "Tailored Fit" that is a little less full bodied in the chest & trunk areas. This is still a plentiful cut shirt however. If you don't have a pot belly this shirt is for you. If you do have a few extra lbs around your middle go for the regular cut Gitmans, because they are fabulous too. This seems to be a summer-spring in a lighter fabric weigh shirt. Sleeve length is fine, may be too short if shrinkage occurs after washing, don't know yet & don't care. These two shirts will go stellerly with jeans, khakis or , dress pants. If you buy AMERICAN , then BUY GITMAN.
