I ordered (4) since I wanted a set of these. 2 arrived crushed. The packing job was terrible. They had 2 more in stock and are sending them out to me. I hope they arrive in one piece. The problem is I ordered (4) glasses in the same pattern in "rocks" glasses. One was broken and they are out of stock. Now I have only 3 of those and can only get a refund on the broken one. Unless I want to pay to send them back at my own cost.....It would cost more than the glasses are worth since I would have to pack them better for the return. Same thing happened to martini glasses with me and I don't have a complete set of those either now. I am no longer going to buy housewares from them since I have also received a broken TV tray that I bought a set for a gift and was embarrassed when they unwrapped them and one had two cracks. Again out of stock and out of luck! They told me that when I place an order I need to put in the comment section when things are gifts so they are wrapped better???? What.......if I order them...I want them....pack them since I am paying for them!
