    Often people comment that this seems to be too lightweight. In fact, it cannot be your only winter layer. But it is just right without being too warm and bulky when worn with a sweater or jacket. My opinion: those who try to dress with only one warmth layer don't know how to dress warmly but lightly. My winter daily wear for 3rd season. Current price well higher than I paid.

    As described, the coat is cut to fit over bulky clothes, so I ordered one size smaller, and it fits PERFECTLY! The wool is very soft. My only minor nit is the cut of the shoulders is for a "slender" more european body type (I am a lifter...)
