    This is a beautiful jacket at an excellent price. However, it is extremely heavy in weight and it is not designed for anyone with extra "girth" around the middle. My husband wears an XXL comfortably, but he could not even zipper this jacket. Otherwise, shoulders and length fit ok.

    I am pleased the Golden Bear still makes some of the jackets here in San Franscico, but you need to read the description carefully, as they do outsourse some of their product to India and China, which is a shame, IMO. I've been to their factory and everyone is pleasant and professional.
