Golden Bear Ross Lambskin Barracuda Jacket - Insulated (For Men)

Very nice leather and very high quality. I was not sure about the collar whan I ordered it, but I really like it. I have other jackets with the traditional collar.

GB leather feels better than any other leather that I have touched. Very high quality, comfortable and looks great.

the medium was too small so i sent it back for the large. The large had extra leather in the wrong places. It was not well made

Beautiful jacket. The leather's butter, baby. I saw the "sleeve too short comments" and I think I an understand why. It seems to me that it might be the way the shoulders are cut. I wear a 44" jacket and have broad shoulders. The sleeve length seems fine, but they slide up when stretching arms out reaching etc. Not sure if this is what the other reviews have experienced or not. Leather is beautiful, and it is very well made. I cannot complain for what I paid for it.

The leather is great...soft, supple, nice color. The problem is that the sleeves are a little short, and the collar is made of the same knit fabric that the cuff are, leading to a scratchy collar. Would be much better if they used leather on the collar, too.

I watched this product for several months and finally ordered both the Black & Brown jackets when they went on sale. I've never owned a Golden Bear jacket before this purchase but I do own 5 other leather jackets. 3 of them are lamb skin from Wilson Leather. All of them are less expensive but have zip out thinsulate liners and better construction. Both GB jackets have VERY thin lining and it is NOT removable. I'm 6' and 185 with a 35 inch sleeve and a large has always fit me well. On these the sleeves were too short and the jacket felt snug with just a tee shirt on. For a warm climate, they'd be fine; for Chicago they'd be spring windbreaker. These were short of my expectation and i returned them both.

Can't go wrong with this product. Outstanding. A bargain at this price.

The jacket was described as having thinsulate lining and three interior pockets. The jacket I received looked like the one in the catelog but did not have thinsulate and only one interior pocket. I tried the jacket on and it fit well and had nice styling. If I were looking for a lightweight leather jacket I would have considered keeping it. But I needed something that would be warmer so I returned it.

It does not seem to have thinsulate insulation, but I prefer not having the extra insulation.
