“I am a size 41 therefore the M size fits well when unbuttoned and tight when buttoned all the way. M=38-40 & L=42-44. The L is slightly big but the strap in the back adjust to a good fit. I will send the M size back and keep the L. Great with turtleneck then you can use the top pocket for sun glasses and a pen.”
