Golden Retriever 3012 Chukka Boots - Waterproof (For Men)

Very comfortable, good looking boots,needed no breaking in, ideal for casual wear or light upland hunting (although keeping in mind they do not offer enough ankle support for difficult walking conditions). Ecellent product, plan on buying another pair.

The area where the tongue attaches to the upper created hot spots on both my husband and myself. Other than that, a great all-around boot.

I have been looking for a comfortable pair of Chukka Boots and have finally found them! Golden Retriever has outdone their competitors.

Could use more cushioning, not enough arch support.

Reading that this boot runs a half size small, I ordered a 9.5M for my women's size 11D feet. The boots fit well with room enough for wool socks. Very comfortable boots at a great price. This boot is great for Minnesota winter's going to work, walking around town and it's stylish too. Just the boot I was looking for. I wouldn't use it for a hiking boot, but it's perfect for everyday use.

I have been very happy with these boots. However, they do run small…I ordered a full size larger than normal and a wide width and they fit just right. They do scuff easily since they are kind of an oiled leather. I wear them to the office and have been very happy with their look and feel. It is recommended to wear them with moisture managing socks and I always wear them with wool socks which I think makes all the difference. Over all I have really enjoyed them.

I've been wearing these chukka's to work every day now for a couple of weeks in the winter of upper Michigan. While the fit is smaller than advertised and won't accomodate winter socks, these are the most comfortable pair I've owned and have kept my feet warm and dry so far.
