Golden Retriever Oxford Shoes - Waterproof (For Men)

The main reason I ordered this shoe was because it came in Xwide, this is definitely not Xwide. Most likely have to return it waiting for confirm from my husband , the shoes are for him

I wear a 7, normal width. Did not have nornal width, so I got the wide, they were to narrow. Returned for xwide, still a little narrow in the front, and back is too wide now. very poor fit.

This would be a great shoe at any price, but I found it in the Bargains which made it absolutely a "best buy". I don't know how they do it.

I bought these shoes for Winter when there is some water and slush on the ground. I have not tested their waterproof ability yet, but they appear to have a waterproofing agent on the leather. I can feel a sort of smoothe, silky feel to the leather, denoting some type of treatment to the leather. As other reviews have suggested, these shoes do run small. I knew they ran small, but did not realize they also ran narrow too. I usually take a 7.5W, and they did not have a 1/2 size bigger, so I bought the 7.5XW which was available. They are still a tad tight at the base of the foot near the big toe, but I am going to take them to a good cobbler who can put them on a shoe stretcher. I paid only [$] for these with a coupon, so I can't complain at all. Other than sizing, the quality of these shoes is top notch.

They leak a wee bit. Too bad...otherwise nice.
