Closeouts. Goldwin's ski jacket flies under the radar with water-resistant four-way stretch fabric, lightweight thermal insulation and an adjustable hood that expands to fit over your helmet in cold temps.

The Japanese take their skiing seriously, and this jacket looks to have all the right features. Quality is high, looks great and extremely well suited to serious snow boarding or skiing. Well insulated, with nice powder cuffs and skirt. Haven't yet taken it in the snow, but will be in a few weeks. Size runs large, so check carefully and consider going down a size. I am 5'10" slim/fit build and had to exchange the medium (size 50) for the small (size 48) size. Sierra were awesome in facilitating the exchange from Australia.

It has a regular detachable hood but not the H.O.O.D. that zips open to fit a helmet inside. The description is wrong. I had the more expensive version with the H.O.O.D. system but ripped it badly on a tree run so I bpught this version. Exactly the same except for the monotone color and the H.O.O.D.
