“LOUD fabric, sleeves way too long”

“Very disappointing piece from GoLite, in my opinion. GoLite is a company that makes serious hiker gear, but no serious hiker would wear this. The fabric is annoyingly loud, rustling every time you move a muscle. The sleeves are also far too long. I am 5'7 and 140 lbs. The medium fit fine if I were to wear a base layer underneath, but the sleeves dangled to the tips of my fingers! Another reviewer mentioned that you can roll the sleeves up - yes you can, but then you expose the wicking lining. Who wants a waterproof jacket with rolled-up cuffs that will catch the rain and wick water up into the sleeves? On the plus side, it's a very pretty color. If you want a pullover with a sporty look that will protect you from light rain, say at an outdoor concert or walking around town, this piece is probably okay. I sent it back.”
