“Just got the jacket so don't know about the tech aspect but I trust the previous reviewers. I do know that I haven't found a jacket as stylish as this for wet protection and that is what I wanted for travel. It is fitted and the blue is beautiful. Very nicely constructed and I can fit a l/s shirt and lightweight polar fleece under it and not look like a marhmallow.”
