After being rated as the best overall weekend pack I decided to get one. I have now used the pack on three weekend trips and love it. It is light, comfortable, and allows for easy movement. The pack holds more than I expected,so much so I feel the pack could be used on multi-day trips (4-5 days). The front shove-it pocket still expands even when the main compartment is stuffed full. The bungee cords are useful to attach a variety of extra items.

Very light and comfortable. It is medium capacity, so won't hold enough for longer treks.

So far I've taken it on a couple of longer day hikes, not in rain yet. I'm 6 ft with an 18 in torso and the medium fits well, so the sizing seems to be on. It's performance has been excellent. It has plenty of room, fits comfortably (even with a fair amount of weight), seems to be durable, and is great looking. I really don't have any complaints so far. I think I'll take my Gregory Triconi and give my gf this one to carry on overnight trips.

Zip pockets on outside of hip belt allow storage of small items for easy access. Reasonable amount of padding. Ample amount of adjustable straps. A lightweight and well-designed pack for one or two day hikes

This is great. I own the non framed smaller version and love it. The only downside is the drink holders if you bendover. I have solved that with a carabiner to lock it in. This uis lightweight, sita off your back and feels like nothing.

The best thing about this backpack is that it can be cinched down to become a 1000cu-in, but can be expanded to handle 3000cu-in. It has very hand pouches on the hip pads. The construction seems nice. This isn't the lightest backpack out there, but it's a good tradeoff between weight and capacity/durability.
