“Failing zipper”

“After about a year, the zipper is failing. The waterproof cover is getting chewed by the zipper teeth and the jacket barely zips. In other respects, the jacket has stood up well to rain, wind, and snow. It's abrasion-resistant, and I put it through rough use. I like the fit and fabric. I got a S and I am 5'5 115 and I can layer under it. I think it stretches fine. I use it hiking/snowshoeing, climbing approaches, have tried it running (it's ok,) but mostly I wear it when it's windy outside.”
