“Bought for my daughter, she loves the trim and very comfortable fit. She is 5.6 130 lbs & tried the medium but the large was a better fit. They seem to be water proof, (she uses them for snowboarding) but as they are a soft shell they may eventually soak through. The removable suspenders allow them to be used as a heavy duty trail pant as well.”
