5.0 out of 5 stars. Terrific socks, terrific serviceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Delaware on Saturday, December 19, 2015My feet suffer every winter. They get so cold that I have developed pernio the past few years. I’ve tried wearing slippers, but the result is the same. Out of the blue, I receive an E-Certificate from Sierra Trading Post which I cashed it in to buy a few of these. So far, so good, my friends. These socks keep me so warm and cozy; and owing to the high quality wool of these socks, you can wear these a good 3-4 days before you wash them.
Shout out again to Sierra Trading Post for having the best service of any online retailer I’ve ever encountered. Go do yourself a favor and set up an account with them now.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Only 68% Merino wool 30% nylon 2% spandex isn't close to midweightReviewed by Beserka from Arkansas on Monday, August 24, 2015Very lightweight w/only 68% Merino wool. Even at under six bucks a pair they aren't as thick as a pair of JCP cotton golden toes.
I consider this low a percentage of Merino wool as deceptive. The claim above the bar code is, Medium Hiker Quarter.
The full length, Light Hiker, #2796N-04-M/L , was six bucks, also 68%/30%/2%.
The Trekker socks, #6063U-04-M/L , at 7 1/2 clams was 83%/16%/1% and these are truly a thick middleweight Merino wool sock though in full length.
I would've been better served buying two more trekker pair, rolling down the top and forgetting about these LIGHTWEIGHT 1/4 socks. -
