    I have used Goodhew in the past with satisfaction but this model has a wierd heel design that doesn't stay on the heel. It works it's way down to the bottom of the foot and feels awkward.

    I thought these socks were great at first but then the heels wore out pretty fast. I bought a few other Goodhew styles at the same time and I can see that they are also getting thin. Next time I order I am sticking with Smartwool which has served me well through the years.

    I bought these socks for use with dress shoes. I'm pleased with the padding around the foot, and the snug fit around my ankle and leg. Seems resistant to sagging. I have had good luck with Goodhew socks in the past and this isn't any different.

    These are very well made socks. Attractive and comfortable on first wearing. I got them in heather and black and use them at the office. I like socks with some padding and these have that but don't look like my golf socks. So my wife is happier with how I look now.
