Reviewed by Sussya from Arizona on Monday, April 29, 2013We bought a bunch of wool socks for an upcoming hiking trip, and as I had never worn wool socks before, I bought several different brands. When they arrived, I thought these were the cutest socks in the bunch. I immediately put them on and wore them for most of the day. At the end of the day, I was really disappointed. My feet were HOT throughout most of the day (and it wasn't a particularly hot day). In addition to not keeping my feel cool, they were damp when I took them off. Thinking this must just be how wool socks feel, I tried the Smart Wool brand the next day. I completely forgot I had them on. They were far superior to these socks.
Although these socks get points for cuteness, I doubt they will make it on the hiking trip. Besides the fact that they don't do what they are supposed to, they are itchy and uncomfortable. So sad... :-(
