    I purchased the sock for all around athletic wear. I like the fit and feel, but it rides much higher on the calf than a typical crew; reminds me of the tube socks I wore in the 80's! A bit too much fabric above the ankle for my liking during summer, but should be great in cooler weather.

    This is a well made sock. It is tightly woven and provides good cushion around the toe and heel even for it's light weight. It will allow you to wear a shoe or boot that may be a little too small. If I could design a sock, this would be it!!
