  • Question “Would the smallest size available (M/L) fit? I take a size 8 shoe.”
Asked on 1/31/2012 12:00:00 AM by 8th surfer from Southern California
    • Answer If you hover over the sizes available a tap will appear and provide you with the correct numeric sizing. I hope this helps

  • Question “Are these socks good for hiking in temperatures above 85 degrees?”
Asked on 4/10/2011 12:00:00 AM by Anonymous from Unknown
    • Answer They will be warm but they will wick the moisture away to keep your feet dry.
Answered on 4/11/2011 12:00:00 AM by Anonymous from Unknown
    • Answer Yes, they are the best for higher temps as they both wick and don't bunch up to create pressure points on sweaty feet.
Answered on 5/18/2011 12:00:00 AM by DJ from Seattle
    • Answer Yes.
Answered on 1/13/2012 12:00:00 AM by Steeler Fan from The Woodlands, TX
    • Answer Assuming you are wearing a boot or shoe with a breathable upper, you'll be fine. I prefer light wool in hot conditions more than any synthetics I have used. When I hike in hot conditions, I try to pack a spare pair of socks and change them at rest breaks if the socks I'm wearing are uncomfortably damp. These will dry pretty fast.

    • Answer I don't see why not. They wick away moisture and have the light cushion.
Answered on 3/5/2012 12:00:00 AM by Bry from WY
    • Answer They could be good for temperatures above 85 degrees. The sock has some cushion, but not heavy enough to suit me for an all day heavy hike.
Answered on 3/6/2012 12:00:00 AM by Sparty from KCMO
    • Answer Yes, definitely. These are a lightweight wool blend and they will keep your feet cool and dry in hot temps. Great socks.
