They're light weight, easy to get on and off, and are warm and dry even on the coldest of days. My first pair isn't by any means worn out -- I just grabbed this second pair to use when the first pair finally goes.

The glove liner is sewn in and permanently attached. The glove is very warm, making my hands sweat. The damp liner cannot be removed to dry out or wash. I would not buy these gloves again.

I purchased these gloves hoping to make them my primary gloves for this season of backcountry travel/skiing. I have not worn them on a trip yet, but I can already tell they are going to be significantly warmer than any of my previous gloves (Burtons). However, I'm a little bit concerned about the durability of these gloves in regards to heavy use/abrasions. The bondings between the gripping surface and the rest of the glove material seems to be very simple and cheaply done. As far as sizing, the guide recommended mediums for the girth of my hand, and they do feel somewhat snug around my hand. But the fingers are too long and I am worried about finger dexterity not being sufficient for manipulating my gear with the gloves on. Unless you have longer than average fingers, I would recommend going down to size small if you normally wear mediums.
    • Best Uses: Backcountry
    • Cons: Poor Fit
    • Describe Yourself: Intermediate
    • Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports
    • Pros: Good Grip, Stylish, Warm
    • Sizing: Feels too large
