For the price, these gloves are outstanding. They're warm, comfortable and look great. I don't think they will wear very well, one full day of skiing, a couple of knuckle-dragger falls and the outer layer already looks scuffed. Plus, and this is the nature of gloves in general. They are not completely windproof. You'll still feel a bit of coolness at the tips on windy cold days. Don't let that stop you from buying them though. If you don't abuse them, they're worth every penny!

I keep looking for the pair of gloves that will keep my fingers warm when I ski, this pair came the closest, while the fit is not absolutely snug and the grip was not specifically design for skiing, it is water and windproof and comfortable, I can see myself using them to ride scooter in cold weather as well, but I am afraid the only thing that will keep my fingers warm might need to be something electrical.

Hands down the warmest gloves I've owned. Like the squeegee and small pocket on back for a locker key too.

These are the best gloves I have ever worn in my life. They are super, super warm and I can't feel a single drop of moisture inside when wearing them!! I love the cinch closure on the gauntlets and the Lavawool is super comfy and warm. The only thing is that on the back of the Lavawool sticker they come with, there is a mean comment about sheep. It reads, "It's the wool sheep would make if they weren't so dumb." other then that, they are Awesome gloves and well-priced.

My hands stayed warm all day on the slopes with these. I was disappointed with the color selection, but what a deal! There's a pocket on the top for a hand warmer, a wrist drawstring, a palm drawstring, a little loop on the middle fingers to hang them upside down. Great gloves for skiing or snowboarding, recommended for all winter activities.

The gloves are worth the money. They are comfortable and not too thick so that you hands get tired of squeezing them for long periods of time. These gloves work for me as I work outside and need to squeeze my hands often. Too thick for fingertip grip but pefect for snow blowing.

These gloves kept my hands warm in sub-zero temps skiing Whiteface in NY. Although I had never heard of the brand - don't let that stop you......

Twenty degrees above zero and lower, and these gloves are not warm enough. Can't wear them with confidence about warmth right now, working or snowshoeing. I like them otherwise, and will wear them when it's warmer. I will try them with liners, too - that should make a difference. Good construction, like the little nose scratcher (at least, that's what I've used it for!).
