After taking proper measurements I ordered the L which was way too big so I returned it for a M that one runs too tight so I am returning this one also. It is not 100 % wool.

Reviewed by Aktrom from Central, NY on Tuesday, April 09, 2013This is a quality item: the fabric, the construction, the hand, the comfort, the warmth ... all demonstrate what a quality hat should be. The charcoal gray is a very nice change from the typical black or navy beret. It should be noted that this hat is constructed of wool fabric, not molded of wool felt, has seams and is totally unlike any felt beret with which you may be familiar. I found that this item may run a bit small in size. Order accordingly.
