Gottmann Rainhat-G Gore-Tex® Hat - Waterproof (For Men and Women)

This Gottmann Gore-Tex hat is almost worth the sale price; but you'd be crazy to pay full price ([$] !) for it. That's more than a Tilley hat costs, and Tilleys are higher quality. I chose this hat only because it was on sale, was not "one-size-fits-all" and it's made of Gore-Tex. It does the job it was meant to do.

Great hat for walking on drizzley days.

This Gottmann Rainhat-G Gore-Tex® Waterproof Hat is a great lightweight waterproof hat. It is very versatile. The only thing to take into account is the sizing is just a hair on the tight side. I normally wear a 7-3/8 size and this is very snug. It fits, but is snug. Take that into account. I would not pay the list retail price, but the sale price was too good to ignore. I now have two of these hats.

This is my second purchase of a Gottmann Rainhat-G Gore-Tex® Hat,waterproof, by Gottmann of Germany. This one was the tan color; the first one was black. It is extremely lightweight and versatile. I can wear it anywhere. I thought the black one fit right on, so I got the tan one when I saw the special sale price. It is a very nice item. You have to get used to the flexibility of the hat, which I like. It is not rigid, like some. That makes it extremely versatile and easily packable. It is a very nice item.

This is a great hat for the price. Very lightweight but does not rise to the quality of a Tilley hat. The size large seems to be a little big and there is no way to adjust how it fits. Still... it is worth the price.
